Project Types

  • New Build Custom Residential Design
  • Large Residential Remodel and Addition Design

Administrative Tasks

  • Coordination with and obtaining necessary information for HOA Design Review Process.
  • Coordination with and obtaining necessary information from presiding building jurisdiction.
  • Meetings with client during progression of project.
    Coordination with Engineers.
  • Visits to site during construction when necessary.

Conceptual Design

  • Development of ideas with owner.
  • Development of floor plan and reflected ceiling design.
  • Development of Exterior Elevations .
  • Development of General Site Plan Layout.

Working Documents

  • Complete set of Working Documents containing all information as per minimum required by the presiding Building Jurisdiction to obtain a Building Permit, and provide an accurate base for which to construct the project. This does not include documents for variance hearings ; pool permits; gas, water, or sewer beyond boundaries of property being developed; temporary use permits: or specialized documents for development impact studies.

Engineering & Project Related Expenses

The following Engineering Principles and Project Related Elements are coordinated by WDD, but shall be billed directly to client and are not included in WDD fee.

  • Structural Engineering
  • Roof Truss Calculations
  • Civil Engineering
  • Soils Reports
  • Electrical Engineering for 400 Amp Service or greater
  • Septic System Design
  • Fire Sprinkler Design
  • Vegetative Landscape Design or Native Plant Inventory
  • Decorative Interior Design

Printing & Courier

  • All copying and/or printing of plans or documents related to project.
  • All courier/ delivery fees related to project.

Review & Permit Fees

  • All Review and Permit Fees required by Building Jurisdiction
  • Design Review Fees from Home Owners Associations
