William D. Down & Associates is an architectural firm dedicated strictly to residential planning, consulting and designing. Our objective is to create an environment that is ascetically pleasing, but that is also functional to each of our clients needs. It's important to note that we also design with economics in mind.
Each project is broken down into two phases, a preliminary design phase, then a construction document and permit phase. We pride ourselves on taking care of our clients needs throughout the building process to minimize stress during this anxious period.
Established in 1994 after working for firms in Phoenix and Scottsdale, the William D. Down firm has designed all types of homes, from Santa Fe, Territorial, Santa Barbaran, Southwestern contemporary to post-modern and mountain cabins. Our designs have ranged from 2500 s.f. to over 12,000 s.f. throughout Arizona, as well as several regional areas.
